Q: Who can watch pre-season friendlies?A: Our pre-season fixtures in Nanjing and Shanghai are available for users in OTT territories excluding the UK and Ireland. Fans in the UK and Ireland will be able to watch the games on Sky Sports.
Our fixtures in Hong Kong and Yokohama are available for users in all OTT territories.
Q: What is the minimum speed that my internet connection needs to be in order to playback video on the app?
A: A minimum speed of 0.5mb is required to playback standard definition content but we strongly recommend a higher speed for optimal viewing. High definition playback requires a connection of 5mb.
Q: What type of activity do you track on the app?
A: We only track anonymised viewing data for the videos within the application. If you purchase access to premium content, then this information is securely stored for reporting purposes only. We cannot see which videos you watch.
Q: Do I need to log in to use the app?
